What does "Do they have a company card?" change?
No: everything they snap, upload or email in is their own money, owed back to them, and nobody is asked. Yes: when they snap or upload they're asked Did you pay with the company card or your own money?, and a receipt they email in shows Who paid? on the cost for you to answer with one click; it can't be sent until it's answered. Supplier invoices (with an amount due or a due date) are always Still owed to supplier, whoever sends them. You can change Paid by on the cost until it's sent.
