Which emails does it look at?
From the "scan from" date you choose in Settings → Email, it depends on your mailbox. Outlook: your Inbox and every folder you've made, but not Junk, Deleted Items, Drafts, Sent Items or Outbox. Gmail with Google sign-in: all your mail, including your own labels, but not Spam, Trash, Drafts or Sent. Gmail with an app password, iCloud and other mailboxes: the Inbox only. Emails that might be invoices, receipts, credit notes or supplier statements are read by an AI service to decide. That includes card-payment receipts, such as advertising platforms' "Your ads receipt" emails. The text of emails that turn out not to be bills isn't kept. If a supplier's invoice goes to junk, mark it 'Not junk' within 2 days and we'll pick it up on the next scan.
