My invoices arrive at more than one email address.

Each business connects one mailbox. Set your other addresses to forward their emails to it — most email services have a forwarding setting, or you can forward invoices one at a time. Forwarded invoices and receipts are found and read like any others, as long as the attachment (or the invoice itself) is in the forwarded email.
