How does chasing work?
From a statement you can email the supplier asking for the missing invoices. The email is sent from your own mailbox, and you see it before it goes. Automatic chasing is optional and set up in the statement chasing settings, including how long to wait and how many reminders to send. For now, chasing needs an Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox connected with Sign in with Microsoft — if yours is connected with a password, the chase button says so.
